Shipping policy

Refund policy

  • Most items can be returned within 30 days if they are unused, in original condition, and include tags, labels, and a completed Return Form.
  • Face coverings must be unopened, unworn, and sealed in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items include personalized products, autographed/game-used items, products with Certificates of Authenticity, drop-ship merchandise, laundered clothing/swimwear/undergarments, and opened or worn face coverings.

  • Complete the Return Form, securely pack your item (preferably in the original packaging), attach your order ID label, and ship via a trackable, insured carrier to:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take up to 10 additional business days to post the credit.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and gift cards are refunded as Merchandise Credit.
