Refund policy

HYPE CITY THREADS™ Return Policy

At HYPE CITY THREADS, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you're not satisfied, most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original form of payment.

Return Conditions

All items must be unused, in original condition, and include tags, labels, and a completed Return Form.

Face coverings may only be returned if unopened, unworn, and sealed in original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear, damage, or tampering.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or personalized products

Autographed, game-used, or team-issued items

Products with Certificates of Authenticity

Vendor direct or drop-ship merchandise

Laundered clothing, swimwear, or undergarments

Opened or worn face coverings

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Your bank may take up to 10 additional business days to post the credit.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Gift Card purchases will be refunded as a Merchandise Credit for future use.

How to Return

Complete and include the Return Form.

Repack your merchandise securely (preferably in original packaging).

Attach your order ID label and ship via a trackable, insured carrier to:

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. C.O.D. shipments will be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges by mail. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

In-person exchanges are available at official HYPE CITY THREADS™ retail locations (excluding game-day and pop-up sites).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
